USER AGREEMENT

1. The hyperwebenable.com has right to reject or accept your application.

Site registration
2. The site is registered under hyperwebenable.com.

Minimum Requirement
3. The user should post at least 15 postings per month or bring minimum traffic of 100 hits per day.
4. The site will be deleted if user has very less postings or generate less traffic in there site.

Ads in the website
5. User can put any ads in there site but not any adult ads or adult content.
6. Hyperwebenable.com will be putting 2 banner ads and one text link at the bottom of the page.

Usage Terms and conditions
7. The hyperwebenable.com has the right to delete if the site is not active, low posting or low traffic.
8. The domains will be reused or given to other user after deleted from you.
9. Site will be deleted if user deletes or modify the ad code added by the hyperwebenable.com.
10. User will not be provided with ftp or MX or control panel.

Content Ownership
11. The user is completely responsible for content present in your site. User is the responsible for any issues with the content in his blog/site.
12. Hyperwebenable.com is not responsible for the content in your website. User is the owner/responsible for content.

Free services
13. Your information is provided to the concern authority if needed.
14. All the services provided by the hyperwebenable.com are completely free.
15. User doesn't need to pay for domain registration, hosting and bandwidth.
16. User doesn't need to pay for our services present, future or at any time.
17. User doesn't need to pay services for domain registration or renewals.
